Do you struggle to say "NO"? I often times do, as a matter of a fact, I just said "yes" to something that I'm gonna have to back out of now all because I was scared to set those boundaries in my life. Most of the time, its MORE difficult to have to go back on your word than it is to just say "NO" initially. It can also affect what others think about your character as well.

Somewhere along the way, a lot of Christians started believing that boundaries are a bad thing… like love is supposed to mean having no boundaries at all. But that’s not actually biblical. Boundaries aren’t unloving... they’re about taking responsibility for your own life, your actions, and your heart. And the truth is, Scripture gives us clear, solid examples of what healthy boundaries look like. Real love, whether that's a significant other or a friend, it isn’t about letting everything slide or saying yes to everything. It’s about wisdom, stewardship, and walking in truth. And when boundaries are in place the way God designed them, they don’t push people away, they actually create stronger, healthier relationships.
